The University of Arkansas – Fort Smith will host a revamped Haunted Union this year, complete with a new name: the UAFS Haunted University.

Hosted by the university’s Campus Activities Board (CAB,) the all-ages Halloween tradition will be held October 29, from 6-9 p.m., and will span the full campus green, accompanying UAFS Family Weekend.

Participants will enjoy carnival games, trunk-or-treat hosted by Registered Student Organizations, and galore, all with absolutely no charge! For those brave enough to enter, the haunted house is making a return this year with a better-than-ever display in the campus center Reynolds Room.

“Haunted University is a good opportunity to see UAFS as more than just a learning environment for college students,” said Bailey Blanchard, CAB Membership Director. “Our campus is a welcoming place and community happens here!”

Close to three dozen student and community organizations will partner to make the event a safe and fun environment for the entire River Valley community.
