Fort Smith Transit is testing a new and current route from Jenny Lind Ave. to Chaffee Crossing. The trial program began on Saturday, May 13, 2023, and will continue on June 10, July 8, August 12, September 9, and October 14. This will allow FST to identify needs and further enhance our model to establish the most effective and useful system for our community. Parrot Island Waterpark, Janet Huckabee Arkansas River Valley Nature Center, and Chaffee Crossing Farmers & Artisans Market are among the sites you could visit on the Chaffee route.
