**REMINDER** Pope County was placed under a burn ban last week. Conditions are very dry, and we are at a high risk of fires. We are still receiving calls on whether or not it is ok to burn. Even when we get rain, it will NOT guarantee the burn ban will be lifted. We, as well as other local news outlets, will keep everyone posted when we have had sufficient rain fall to lift the ban.
