City of Van Buren issued the following announcement on Nov.20.
The 2021 Arkansas State Champion Baseball Team was at our headquarters building this afternoon filling food bags for students in our school district. Thanks to a partnership with the Community Services Clearinghouse and United Way Fort Smith Area, our school district can provide these bags of nourishing snacks for students who may not otherwise have food choices over the weekend.
