Sacred Heart of Mary Church – Barling issued the following announcement on Sept. 25.

At our first Youth Group class last week, our high schoolers chose a word of the year. They chose the word “FIAT” meaning “let it be done.” As we remember Mary’s Fiat, we will also strive to say “yes” to God and His will for us. Please pray for our youth this year, especially those to be Confirmed.
