Arkansas Tech University issued the following announcement on Sept. 23.
By remaining committed to her ethos of helping others, ATU's Dr. Melinda Wilkins has become a nationally-recognized leader in heath information management education.
Now, she is just the 27th person in the 93-year history of the American Health Information Management Association to earn the AHIMA Distinguished Member Award. Congratulations, Dr. Wilkins!
