University of Arkansas - Fort Smith recently issued the following announcement.
Flags of Remembrance 9 a.m. to noon Tuesday, Sept. 7
Help us plant 3,000 American flags on the campus green to remember the lives lost 20 years ago during 9/11. Donuts will be available for volunteers in the morning with pizza in the afternoon.
