Cross Catholic Outreach, whose guest priest just visited us, writes: The news from our ministry partners in Haiti is devastating. Saturday’s earthquake has claimed many lives, with extensive damage in the cities of Camp Perrin, Les Cayes, Jeremie and Anse à Veaux. Making matters worse, a tropical system is barreling toward Haiti, threatening to bring floods and mudslides.Still, there is hope — but we need to act quickly.•We have emergency aid positioned for our ministry partners, including hundreds of thousands of prepackaged meals.•A shipping container is on its way with galvanized steel roofing materials.•One of our partners is securing medical supplies to support 59 rural medical clinics.Please pray for our Haitian brothers and sisters and give what you can to support our relief efforts.
