UAMS will hold a FREE Covid-19 Vaccination Clinic at St. Boniface Church on Wed, Aug 4 from 2:30-7:30pm. All adults and children 12 and older are eligible for this Pfizer vaccine that will be administered. Children ages 12-18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. You will NOT need to provide: Social Security #, proof of citizenship or legal status, or insurance. St. Boniface church is located at 1820 N. B St in Fort Smith.
