Vaccination is the best course of action to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, local hospital leaders, physicians and clinic directors say.
Leaders at both Baptist Health and Mercy in Fort Smith recently shared their thoughts on COVID-19, the spread of the Delta variant and how vaccinations can help stop this spread. The public service announcement features Dr. Paul Bean, chief of medical affairs, and Debbie Hewett, RN, critical care director, both with Mercy Fort Smith, and Dr. Raed Khairy, infectious disease specialist, and Carrie Brewton, RN, MSN, CIC, with Baptist Health.
