Cost of college was unchanged for all students at Designer Barber & Stylist School

Tuition and fees were unchanged for 2018-19 at Designer Barber & Stylist School, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Arkansas students paid $14,900 to attend the private for-profit school in both the 2017-18 and 2018-19 academic years.

Data shows 90 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 9 students received grants or scholarships totaling $43,375 and 9 students took out student loans totaling more than $107,000.

Including all undergraduates (78), 78 students used grants or scholarships totaling $349,850, and 65 students took out $661,330 in federal student loans.
