Week 2 – Goal Setting: SMART goals. Learn how to set up your goals for success.  

Week 3 – Project Management: Learn tips and tools to be a successful project manager. 

 Week 4 – Time & Deadline Management: Understand how to manage your time to get the most out of yourselves and your team.
