As a part of our Healthcare Celebration this month, we are asking for nominations for a “Healthcare Hero” in our local area. Please tell us a person you think deserves to be selected as a “Healthcare Hero” in our area! The same person can have multiple nominations.

                   To nominate this person, please provide us their name (Tag them in this post, if possible),

  Tell us where they work (Tag the organization in this post, if possible)

  Give us a short reason why you are nominating them (Please keep the “why” to no more than a few sentences or less)

  Nominations must be made in the comments on this Facebook post only!

    Deadline to nominate is FRIDAY 09/02 by 12pm!
