Fort Smith Regional Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Mar. 17.

We had such a wonderful time today welcoming a new member to the Fort Smith Regional Chamber of Commerce and celebrating owner Surparna Akkineni’s vision of a beautiful multipurpose event center and banquet hall fulfilled in her new location, Festivity in Chaffee Crossing. This beautiful space is an asset to our community and is truly stunning. Dr. Kalyan Akkineni and his wife Suparna will soon open their additional event venue, Freedom Farms also located in Chaffee Crossing next month.

The Festivity location is sure to provide lasting memories featuring affordable elegance with crystal chandeliers, beautiful floorings, and more amenities in the 10,000 sq. foot brand new and independent building. The Banquet Hall and Event Center is modern and elegant with easy accessibility and plenty of private parking. The interior event space has a flexible capacity of 30 – 350 + people (Chairs and tables included in space rentals). Separate bar areas, service areas, and prep kitchens have everything you or your event vendors need to help you have a fabulous event. This location is ideal for all occasions!
