Christ the King Church – Fort Smith issued the following announcement on June 9.

“You are what you eat” VBS

We are so excited about VBS! This year we are diving into food in the bible. We will look at the Eucharist, how it is foreshadowed in the Old Testament, revealed in the New Testament and how we truly become what we eat in the Eucharist.

Come join us June 22nd through 24th from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm in the parish center. There will be crafts, games, snacks, and lots of fun. Please register so we can prepare shirts and activities, otherwise we can not guarantee shirts. Sign up at the link below!

The wrap up mass will be Sunday June 26th at the 11:30 Mass to be followed by a parish wide Food Truck Party with eggrolls, BBQ, tacos and sno cones!!

We cannot wait to see you all at the table with us at VBS!
