Mark you calendar for these FREE 2023 Summer Activities by The City of Fort Smith Parks & Recreation Department. More information for each event will be shared closer to the date. 

June Pop Up Play Days

  •  10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  • June 15 – Tie Dye at Creekmore
  • June 22 – Giant Slip N’ Slide at MLK
  • Bring your own socks, t-shirts, bags, etc. to tie dye

Kids in the Kitchen

  • June 27-29
  • Creekmore Community Center
  • Session 1 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM 
  • Session 2 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
  • Pre-registration will be required for each daily event.

July Pop Up Play Day

  • July 6
  • 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  • Ninja Course at Creekmore

June Movies in the Park

  • June 2 – Super Pets at Creekmore
  • June 9 – Strange World at Tilles
  •  June 16 – Soul at MLK
  •  June 23 – Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile at Creekmore
  • Movies begin at dusk

July Movies in the Park

  • July 7 – A Bug’s Life at Tilles
  • July 16 – LightYear at Creekmore
  •  Movies begin at dusk

City Play Day

  • August 5
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Park
  • This is an event for the entire family full of activities, area organizations, food and drinks, and more.
